About Me
As a third-generation member of a multi-billion turnover infrastructure family. I intentionally choose the hardest path to gain experience.

Wagad Group | Family Legacy & Succession Planning
Despite having a guaranteed leadership platform within the family business, I am dedicated to establishing my own professional merit. I chose to study at Regent’s University, London to gain a global business perspective and seeking external internships, I am developing the independent critical thinking, professional capabilities and technical “ground-up” experience for operational expertise which requires to lead a 21st-century enterprise.
Philosophy
I have consciously bypassed the comfort of a ready-made executive role to pursue a rigorous international education and “ground-up” internship experiences.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Leveraging ground-level experience in the infrastructure and highway development sectors to optimize business workflows. I am focused on bridging the gap between field-level logistics and corporate administrative efficiency.
GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Currently developing a global business perspective through advanced studies at Regent’s University London. My focus is on applying international management standards to traditional family-owned enterprises.
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Proven ability to lead and represent diverse stakeholders through roles as a Student Representative. I act as a liaison between groups to drive organizational improvements and professional communication.

Rotational Operations Intern (Highway Development)
I completed a comprehensive 7-month foundational internship designed to provide a 360-degree view of a large-scale infrastructure company. I conducted frequent site visits to active highway development projects, where I observed heavy machinery operations, materials management, and site safety protocols. I also rotated through various departments, including Finance and Project Management, to understand how different teams collaborate to meet government contract deadlines. As a newcomer to the industry, I focused on gaining ground-level knowledge to develop a deep understanding of the technical challenges faced by field teams.
