“Transitioning from the operational sites of a large-scale infrastructure firm to the academic environment of London has been a journey of constant learning. While my background in the Wagad Group taught me how to manage physical resources and logistics, my current role as a Student Representative at Regent’s University London is teaching me something equally vital: the art of stakeholder management.
In any large organization – whether a ₹7.5 billion construction company or a global university – success depends on the ability to act as a bridge. As a representative, I serve as a professional liaison between a diverse student body and our academic faculty. My responsibility is to synthesize feedback into actionable insights and advocate for improvements that enhance the academic experience for everyone.
This role is a practical extension of my Business & Entrepreneurship studies. It requires active listening, professional communication, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. I’ve realized that whether I am discussing highway project timelines in India or academic delivery in London, the core principle remains the same: clear communication and mutual respect are the foundations of effective leadership.”
